Concert Tribute to Lina Nikolakopoulou

Lina Nikolakopoulou is one of the most renowned Greek lyricists, having written over 400 songs in the past four decades. She has collaborated with several important composers and singers from Greece and beyond. In order to honor Nikolakopoulou and her impact on advancing Greek culture throughout the world, a concert at Princeton University will be presented to celebrate her most enduring works and significant musical collaborations. The performance will be at 4PM on Sunday, March 1st, 2015 in the Taplin Auditorium. Nikolakopoulou will fly from Greece to be present at the event. Led by recording artist and composer Nikos Kouroupakis, the concert will also feature Aphrodite Daniel, Yanna Katsagiorgi, and Nikitas Tampakis ’14 as vocalists.
